Hello everyone, picked up a 1985 Grand Prix LE in nearly perfect condition!
This was the first car I ever bought brand new as a 21 year old with a job back then, so when I saw this one - well it's in the garage now!
I want to change a few things and get the radio cassette back in working order.
I will be needing lots of help as I know nothing about this hobby but I am very handy, so am looking forward to reading a lot and getting much needed advice !!
Thanks in advance !! _________________ |

Congratulations on the new find. You are lucky to find something to "relive" the past with... that's a big part of the hobby fun.
These cars (from the entire GM lineup) are probably the last of the cars we hobbyists will consider collectible. Once the FWD stuff came about, most of us gave them up.
There will be some pollution things to deal with, and it may never be a screamer in the muscle department, but then again, it wasn't supposed to be either. Great old Pontiac that you will really enjoy.
Keep us posted on you progress... and fun! _________________ PontiacRegistry.com... building the single largest source of Pontiac information, services, and entertainment in the world! |
