1973 Lemans GT Sport Coupe

I'm looking for information. I owned a 73 Lemans GT Sports Coupe in college and regretfully sold it.

I would like to find out as much as possible regarding this year but don't know where to start.

That was a hard one to find info on. Most all know about the 1974 Lemans GT with the stripes, etc., but a '73...?

I finally found in John Gunnell's "75 Years of Pontiac and Oakland" some information. The GT was an option package ($247.00) for the base Style Number 2AD35 LeMans two-door Notch Back Hardtop. I cannot find any information on what the option included. Perhaps someone has a brochure from that year that might elaborate.

The Lemans GT option began in 1973 as an off shoot of the '71-72 Gt-37 option. I believe the GT option extended until 1976. The option included body stripes, decals, dual exhaust,4 bbl carb.
