The manual says that I have to pull the engine out with the transmisson, can someone tell me if there is a filter that has to be changed sents I have the boat weight out I will chage that also. The manual has hardly nothing on a automatic.

There are several manuals for automatic transmissons. I didn't note what year you have but there are a bunch of manuals that cover specific years, as well as a range of years. The regular shop manual doesn't do anything for automatics because the hydramatic manual is almost as large as the shop manual is.
