Does anyone know what is required to put a TH400 tranny in a '62 Grand Prix? I know this is NOT stock restoration, but I plan on running it pretty hard and need the bullet-proof TH400 behind the well built '69 400. Thanks for the help!

I am putting a '69 400 backed by the TH400 into a '62 GP. As far as I know I should not have a starter issue. What other problems am I going to run into? The ones I'm aware of are the tranny crossmember, possibly motor mounts, I already have the kickdown switch and bracket. I am concerned about the linkage from the console shifter to the tranny. Any additional help would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks.
