Just wanted to take a moment to say thank you to the veterans that have served our country and allowed us to have the freedom to enjoy our great country and enjoy our hobbies. None of this would be possible without these brave men and women's service to our country.

It is so good to see all the honor and respect given to the men and women serving in our Armed Forces today.

It wasn't like that when I was in, back in '69-'73. We actually had to be careful "on the outside" because everyone knew by our haircuts who we were.

I still hold my service as one of my proudest accomplishments. Ask an old vet like me if they would go back if needed... I know the answer-- "In a heartbeat!"

See below. I was a Flying Crew Chief in F-100s and F-4s. Don't even talk to me about your GTO's speed and power!

Let's hear from some other vets!
