Computers... don't ya just love 'em?!
The error message that is being thrown is a server issue that the computer dudes are working on. They said it was fixed earlier today... close but no cigar! They will get back on it after a good night sleep dreaming about gigabytes, networks, USB ports, etc. Please give me something you can fix with a couple of sharp raps with a screwdriver handle!
Thanks for your patience.

Just did two tests in two different places (this being one of them, the other being where you referenced) and no problems. Are you sure you're holding your tongue right?
Could have been the web dudes playing some weird "Hey, I wonder what this switch does, game." |

Hi Larry,
I had the same problem posting a reply today. It showed the error code, but it still posted my reply. |

I sent tests last nite and again this morning and now, and no error messages. I have reported it to the web dudes though. To quote Emilie Litella "If it's not one thing it's another." |

Just remember, to err is human, to forgive is devine, but to really screw up your day takes a computer. And sometimes, they are a psychological experiment to see just how much you will take before you have just got to find someone who needs to be killed. |

I agree with 50sCars, but will probably stop just short of killing someone.
The web server dudes have this matter on the skillet for Monday AM to investigate. I (and probably them also) are thinking it is because of some e-mailing protocal things that they have been working on because of one of their other customers having a spam-bomb problem. But with these things, when they touch one thing, another one changes.
Right now things are working fine, but they will still dig into it in the AM. How can something that works on something as simple as ON-OFF have ever gotten so completed. I guess this is what happens when they reverse engineer systems from the Roswell space craft..... I'm kidding! Or, am I.....? |

I knew it.... it was the web dudes trying to set the server knobs and levers so they would better block out spam attempts. They have put everything back to the "original settings" so all should be fine again.
Their "adjustments" had also stopped us from getting message "non-receipt" notices if an e-mail did not go through. That should be fixed also.
Please report any problems immediately if you experience a glitch of any sort.
Thanks,
Larry |

When I was in the Air Force ('69-'73), we had a civilian aircraft mechanic I worked with whose first name was "General". One time a new dispatcher was working in Maintenance Control when "General" called for tranportation to another area of the base where a few of us had to go work on a plane.... you guessed it, a limo showed up! Well, we picked up our tool boxes and all rode to the job in style. It didn't happen again! |
