I have always said NAPA has access to lots of old stuff if you can find a store with someone who will take the time.

But, if you want to ask a real expert, check our Technical Advisor list (http://www.pontiacregistry.com/members/tech_advisors.php) and contact John Harvey our '49-52 Tech Advisor. Besides John having a wealth of knowledge of these cars, if there is anyone who knows where to find a deal, it is John.

Please share any info you get so others will know same for the future.

Thanks.

I bought a whole new system from Classic Exhaust phone 440-466-5460.
Guess I'm not supposed to mention the name of the magazine that it was advertised in.

I hope you mentioned that you were a member of PontiacRegistry.com because you missed their generous 10% discount to our members if you didn't... DRAT!

Be sure to always check out "Members Discount" listing for quality parts and service companies who give our members discounts.

I was probably remiss in not mentioning Classic Exhaust in my earlier response.

Of course I did. I'm as much of a tightwad as I can be. I always ask about discounts, and it is amazing how straight forward must about all of them are about telling you about them.
