need help identifying a set of heads. production date j037. numbers on exhaust ports from front to rear are 2,6,1,gm. D shaped ports. valves are approximately 2.1 and 1.7?

According to my head casting book, Pontiac made two sets of heads with casting numbers that come close to yours, but don't match. Both sets were 2.11/1.77 valve size.

The "216" heads were used on both 400 and 428 engines in 1968.
The "061" heads were used on 400 engines in 1967.

I hope this helps. I had trouble reading the casting numbers on some of the parts on my engine until I got them cleaned and sanded and wire brushed, as a couple of casting numbers looked just like other numbers.
