Hi I Have a tri-power set up and I'm removing the intake manifold and carbs for restoring. Do I need to pull the timing chain cover to get the manifold off? I heard there was a 4 inch bolt through the manifold to the cover but I don't see any. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

You do not have to remove the timing chain cover to remove the intake. Look at the top of the timing chain cover where it meets the manifold, there is the 4" bolt, but all you have to do is loosen it and it come off with the manifold.
