Knowing Martin's father, I'm sure his pride in our veterans and our nation was something he learned in his home.

I wonder how many families today instill in their children the knowledge of what a great nation we have. For all our faults, we are still the main country everyone else is wishing they were in... and in many cases sneaking in just to benefit from.

Have a great Memorial Weekend, and reflect on what we have and the cost to have it. Remember freedom is not free.
