Larry Cooper of Fabulous Firebirds is putting on an All Pontiac Race at the Sikeston Dragstrip on Sunday September Third.

Classes will be the same as the Saturday Bracket classes...Super Pro, Pro (No Delay Box), ET (Street) No Delay Box, and Trophy (Factory Stock) No Race Cars.

To enter, your car has to be Traditional Pontiac, or Pontiac powered (unless your pontiac wasn't offered with a pontiac engine).

Anyone wanting to attend this is also welcome for the Friday Night Test and Tune, and the Saturday Night Bracket Races.

If there's any questions feel free to contact Larry at 1-573-783-5702, or post them on here and I'll find out for you.

We look forward to seeing all the Pontiac enthusiasts there!

You can check out the website at www.sikestondragstrip.net

Well it's in Sikeston Missouri, runs right along side of the south lanes of
I-55. You can check out the website too, the address is on there. There's even a tab for directions.
Where are you located at? If not too far you should try to come up for that sunday.
Mike Cooper is going to have his 63 Tempest there, Kauffman will be there with his car, the Butlers are going to be there and sponsor the Fast 4. I don't think they are bringing any of their cars though. Things are looking good for John Welter to be there with his car also.

You can see Mike and John's cars plus many others at
http://www.butlerperformance.com/cars.html

You can check out Kauffmans car at http://www.krepower.com/

Butler Performance is sponsoring the Fast 4 class, it will pay all four places, and be a Heads Up Pro Tree Event.

AllPontiac.com is giving $1000.00 to Super Pro and Pro winners, and $500.00 to runner-up in the form of merchandise certificates.

What is the cost to enter the race at Sikeston Drag Strip on Sunday? I already now the cost for the regular bracket program on Saturday and the test & tune.

What are the payouts for Pro and the Street class on Sunday?

Will there be any exhibition cars at the event?

Et is 200 first, 100 second, 50 third and fourth
Pro is 600 first, 200 second, 100 third and fourth, 50 fifth through 8th. Entry fee to race, will be the same as the saturday bracket races.
As far as I know there aren't any exhibition cars coming.
You may want to give Larry and call to double check on this though.
