I am trying to restore 2 urethane bumpers, 1 has a gouge about an inch round and 3/4 inch deep, the other has a small piece missing at the edge, I have read the article posted on the website on restoring these bumpers but can not find the products listed to do the repairs, has anyone had any experience doing these repairs and the products that they used, also 1 has many small cracks, is there a proper way to get rid of these so they don't come right back.

If you do a search of flexible plastic repair, there is a lot of information... rightfully so as that is what most cars are made of today.

Check the You Tube video below. You probably won't need the info on the patching, but the flexible repair product they use would probably be just the right thing. Certainly if it will work on the flimsy plastic pieces of today's cars it would be flexible enough for a tough (hardly moveable) Endura bumper.

Below is an additional video about a product called SEM Problem Plastic Repair Material. It appears to be the same sort of thing as the 3M.

Remember that when doing any painting, flex agents will have to be used. The ones used on today's cars should do well.

Take a trip to your local (oldest) body shop. I bet the "old timers" there will agree with the above, and have even more good pointers.
