1962 Grand Prix

I posted some questions in the "Big car" forum, but I should have been here. I am going to put a 1969 400 in my '62 GP and was wondering how big a can of worms I am opening? I am going to put a TH400 behind the engine, and have already found out that the floorboard had to be "modified". I am also going to install Circ-L-Air AC in this car that did not originally come with AC. What kind of mess did I get myself into?!? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
