I thought I had the front and rear windows aligned properly but after rolling the front window down and up and the same for the rear, I am wrong. What is the correct procedure for aligning the windows? [/quote][/b]

I am assuming that the glass was removed or some sort of disassembly/reassembly took place.

What ever the reason for the misalignment, it can get very complicated. There are a number of channel adjustments, stop adjustments, glass guide adjustments, etc.

However, because you mention rolling the windows up and down and them being misadjusted, I am kind of guessing that they are not meeting together properly.

If they are not aligning in-and-out you may have to set the glass guides that control the vertical alignment of the glass. If they are not coming together and sealing completely (leaving a gap at the top??), then it could be the panel cam adjusting bolts. These "rotate" the glass if it is cocked in some way. See the figure below, items #7. It is from a 1969 manual, but you may have something similar.

Let us know what you find out.
