Pontiac in NASCAR

Does anyone know if Pontiac has plans to return to NASCAR?

Fromall I see, there is no talk about Pontiacreturning to NASCAR. I think it will be GM=Chev from here on in. I read that each race cost $1 Million. With that figure, it isn't too hard to realize that running two cars from two different divisions... but both from the same parent company (competing against each other too!), wasn't a good financial decision.

Check how active Pontiac is in the Grand American Rolex Sports Series. That is even more exciting racing than going around...and around...and around......

You need to check out one of Larry Cooper's Outlaw Pontiac Racer's Association decals.

I believe it says - "real race drivers drive straight to the finish line, the others drive in circles trying to look for it."

You can probably tell I am a big fan of Drag Racing. I know you have figured this out Larry.

I am happy Pontiac has stayed out of Nascar. I believe they are much more effective in the other sanctions they have decided to pursue and sponsor.
