Hold Down Nut

1956 or '57 spare tire hold down nut needed.

Have you checked with some of our Featured Commercial Suppliers who are giving our memers a nice discount? I would recommend checking with Kurt Kelsey and California Pontiac Restoration as both deal in some of the older parts.

Have you checked any interchange? I would bet this is a common item over many years.

I've checked with the parts places you mentioned but no luck. This nut also fits '55 and '57 models. It seems everybody has wing nuts but no one has the regular straight hold down nut.

I have found the spare tire hold down nut that fits a 1955,56 at East West Auto Parts.
