Thanks.

I removed the battery & tray, and thouroughly cleaned the top of the frame from the firewall to well past (forward of) the steering gear.

I can't find the number, or even a faint sig ...

I am unable to find the VIN on my 38 Pontiac 26DA.

After removing the battery, I looked on top of the drivers side frame, from the body mount forward with no luck.

Your help will be appreciated! ...
