You might want to check with Frank at Frank's Pontiac Parts as he had a number of "73 Lemans parts, including a complete front bumper with rubber strip and push bars with rubber inserts...

Don't know if you are still looking for a '66 Catalina floor pan, but there is a repro on ebay for a Bonneville that says can be cut down to fit a Cat.

I'm not exactly sure, but guess the standard bucket seats and dual exhaust account for most of it. The convertibles have "boxed" frames which add even more weight.

A '65 pan can be made to fit but is not an exact int ...
