anyone know if chevy thermostat housing is crossover to pontiac?
1957 cheiftain 347, changed to a 3 duece set up now need a curved thermostat housing to fit the hose on mounting holes are 3 inch ... |

where to find codes for the numbers I found on the rear pumpkin. 57 chieftain
Driver side -- D107 with 11 on the bolt on cover
passenger side-- 522488,, 5 could be a 6?

I suppose it could be a rubbing,, low pitch certainly not a squeak ,,maybe water pump ,until impeller gets warm?
