Use only good quality DOT 3 in your '65.

Hi All, what brake fluid type would be a good substitute to the Pontiac-recommended Delco Supreme II or any SAE 70R3 fluid? It is almost impossible to find these in Italy  Would any DOT 3 or 4 do?

I can not find the engine and chassis numbers on my 1965 Bonneville 389 cid. I need them urgently to get the car transferred to my name. Where can they be found on the car?
