P -"194" relate to?

Would the full VIN be on the engine number or just the numbers - 35167 ?

I am trying to find out what the "standard format" was for a '48 Silver Streak in regards to Vin and engine number matching? My VIN number is P8PB35167. What would the engine numb ...
