Can't think of the ower's name, but the car is from the Vancouver WA area.

It looks like that picture was taken at a Puget Sound Chaper POCI show, I know a lot of the cars in the background (used to be a member of that awesome club until I moved to Indiana).

Of particular interest is the 8-lug wheels, 16 inch custom billet wheels.
