That stuff may be good but a few drops of dish soap in a bucket of water will do the same thing, & is a lot cheaper. _________________ I have a 73 GTO that I bought new, well it was a demo because the car I ordered was an SD car which never came in & i had to take what was left because I was in the Navy & had to talk to the dealer when I could. |

Have recently had decals put on a '76 Trans Am by a professional shop. They used a "professional" gel. I asked and they confirmed a little soap can work, but prefer the better stuff. After all, with the high cost of these decals, skimping on this is penny wise and pound foolish. _________________ PontiacRegistry.com... building the single largest source of Pontiac information, services, and entertainment in the world! |

Pontiac & GM & all the other car mgf's put millions of decals on every year , even now & all they use is the soapy water & a squeegee to put them on. They have been doing it for years without the SPECIAL gel to install them. _________________ I have a 73 GTO that I bought new, well it was a demo because the car I ordered was an SD car which never came in & i had to take what was left because I was in the Navy & had to talk to the dealer when I could. |
