Hello Guys,
I am new to the group, I just picked up a 1933 Pontiac 5 window coupe. I am looking for a couple of parts, a hood, two front fender turn signals and one front chrome horn. Anyone out there with these? I want to keep it all original, just need a couple of parts to complete her. (Hood was damaged in transit). Let me know and there are a lot of good looking cars on here! I appreciate any help you can give! Thanks.

Doing a quick Google search I find you have already posted at AACA also. So I guess you have already been doing your searches. There isn't much more to add than that as these parts are almost nonexistent anymore. Hopefully you will get lucky.
The trim parts will be difficult, but is the hood so badly damaged as it cannot be repaired? We have seen some amazing repairs on these older cars.
Good luck.

Hello Larry,
Yes, it is bad, it flew off while being transported. I have attached a photo, I am not sure it could be repaired being spring steel. I will keep searching. Thanks.

Unfortunately, the Hollander Interchange Manuals start at 1935 so couldn't check for any interchange with other cars. I did check my parts manual though and be aware that the roadster hoods are different than the others.
I was not aware of the hoods being spring steel. that seems odd. How much work would it be to make a pattern from the undamaged side and work it into shape?
