Posting for a fellow Pontiac hobbyist in hopes of finding a great old Pontiac a good home. Contact owner by phone number at end of description.

This Bonneville had only 54,650 miles when I purchased it. The restorer that painted my convertible did the body work and painted it the original "canyon copper" color. The seats and door panels are original. The carpet has been replaced with the original style "sparkle" carpet used in '59. Options include power steering, wonder bar radio with rear seat speaker, two-speed windshield wipers, deluxe lamp package, reel-out trunk light, padded dash and spare tire cover. The trunk looks like new with the original style hounds tooth floor mat, side panels and tire cover. I also installed new original style hood insulation.

I can't guarantee the miles are original, but the condition of the interior, brake pedal and accelerator pedal are consistent with a 54,000 mile car. I can not imagine the car could have been driven 154,000 with the pristine condition of the interior. I have not touched the engine, and it runs great. Another indicator that the miles are true. It has a 4 bbl carb.

I had the power steering pump and steering gear, the carb, and the distributor rebuilt, and I put in new wheel brake cylinders and a new master cylinder. The transmission was professionally overhauled. The front wheel bearings were replaced. All 4 shocks were replaced. There is about 3,000 miles on new original-style white wall bias ply tires.

This a driver, and the car drives and handles great. It really turns heads and has won popular vote/people's choice type awards at each of the local shows I entered it in. I took it on a road trip last summer from Colorado to Iowa, Missouri, Kansas and back to Colorado. It cruised effortlessly at 75-80 mph on the interstate and when I got it on the back roads and slowed down to 55 mph it got 17 miles to the gallon!!

I have many extra parts including a complete dual exhaust system, without mufflers. I didn't put it on because the one that is on it is perfectly fine.

I'm asking $35,000 for the car and all my remaining 59 parts. If you want more pictures, or more detail on the parts that are left, let me know.
