1968-72 Pontiac A-body hardtops, convertibles, and coupes epitomized the image of Detroit’s muscle car years. They shared many parts with Chevy, Buick, and Olds A-bodies. But many other parts were unique to Pontiac, such as the Door Lock Pillar Seals.

But now the resto-rubber professionals at Metro Moulded Parts, Inc, have developed correct door lock pillar seals specifically for 1968-72 Pontiac A-bodies.

Molded from the latest high-tech rubber materials, this improved part (sometimes called “U-Jamb” Seals) performs the critical job of aligning and cushioning the quarter window glass on hardtop models, especially when the glass is partially open or closed. Additionally, this important seal keeps leaves and other debris out of the quarter panel area. Details are absolutely correct on this new seal from Metro, with added modern enhancements for durability, including corrosion-resistant stainless steel cores molded inside the part.

Models covered include: Pontiac Tempest/Tempest Custom/Tempest LeMans/GTO/LeMans/LeMans Sport/T-37/Base LeMans, Luxury LeMans.
