When you think GTO, there is one name that pops to the top every time, Jim Wangers. And weather it's to the level of the nickname, "The Godfather" or just as one of Pontiac's greatest promoters of all time, Jim Wangers has earned a top spot in the history of Pontiac.

In the right place at the right time in Pontiacs greatest years of dynamic development, Jim took the Pontiac message to even greater heights. His promotion of our favorite brand was carried throughout Pontiac's years that followed and has moved into the hobbyplace support that makes him not only the "Godfather" of the GTO, but the "Godfather" of the hobbyplace too.

To learn more about Jim Wangers accomplishments and views of the Pontiac and automotive world, check out some of his books and many articles available today.

We thank Jim for keeping Pontiac Number 1, at least with the great Pontiac hobby community for all these years.

Larry you would think with all of Jim's money he would at least get a new rug that looked better then having a old dead skunk on his head. Him & Trump must have the same hair dresser & wig maker. LOL.It doesn't look to bad in pics of him but it is real hard to look him in the eye because the thing is just so bad.

I have a 73 GTO that I bought new, well it was a demo because the car I ordered was an SD car which never came in & i had to take what was left because I was in the Navy & had to talk to the dealer when I could.
