I want to convert my 66 GTO 14" drum brakes to 14" disc brakes. Front & Rear.
Did a search and only find 15" sets are available.
Does anyone know if 14" sets are available or even made?
Thanks, bob1966.

That's strange. Most all A-body cars had 14" wheels. I put 1969 Grand Prix discs on my '69 Lemans with 14" wheels back when you used to junkyard hunt to make these conversions. I now have 15" wheels on that car with the same brakes, etc.

I plugged in your info at Scarebird and got a 14" kit with no problem. See below. I took a guess at your transmission type when filing out the form but doubt that would matter. I also assumed that you already had power brakes and were leaving drums in the back. But whatever you have or need they (and others) should have for 14" wheels. This company is well known for good stuff.

Hi Larry, Ya! the 14" for the front are easy to get, it's the 14"rear I can't find.
I have front & rear disc now but I had to go to 15" rims. I guess I'll leave well enough alone.
Thanks, Bob

Hope your feelong better,

Have you tried putting 15" on in back. Is it some clearance of tire issue because the hubs and wheels work for 14 or 15s.
