What is the wheel bolt pattern on a 1966 Grand Prix? I have looked all over and can't seem to find out on line.. Also what is the widest 15" wheel/tire combo on the rear? Backspace?
Thanks!!!

The '66 GP has 5x5 bolting. All the big cars did. Check here to confirm, and to play with tire/wheel combos they offer... bring your checkbook, it looks like some big dollar stuff!

As for wheels that fit, that's where you will have to do your own homework. I just went through it with deciding what wheels and tires to put on my '40 street rod. Check this: http://www.pontiacregistry.com/members/viewtopic.php?t=6105 it will help you understand what you need to know and what the tire and wheel people are talking about when it comes to wheel/tire selection.

Thanks for that info. I know about backs pacing and offset. Was curious if anyone has done the homework on full size Pontiacs. Car Craft did an article a few years back where they actually fit and found out the largest possible tires with no body mods to many different muscle cars. No full size cars were included. I have used their chart many times without a hitch

Do you have that chart that you could share for Pontiac information?
