1973 Firebird

I broke the name eblem on the front grill. does anyone know if it can be put back together either sodder or glue???

You don't mention what sort of emblem or year/model. I am guessing a Firebird from your Username. However, what I would suggest it so check the article we just posted on old emblem repair. It is in the "Technical Article" section if you look in the On-Line Magazine Contents List.

The article features a real nice, knowledgeable person (Karla Maxwell) who may be able to help you. She does restoration on the old enamel emblems, including mounting repairs; perhaps she can do yours or knows someone to recommend. 4mula, you may want to check with the aftermarket places like Ames or Year One & Performance Years to see if they sell the one you need as they emblems that are being made today are of very good quality.

I have a 73 GTO that I bought new, well it was a demo because the car I ordered was an SD car which never came in & i had to take what was left because I was in the Navy & had to talk to the dealer when I could.
