1936 Pontiac- Brooklin Model in the Making
Pontiacs are becoming hotter every day, and with the models too. Recently Brooklin Models of England began their Pontiac Collection. They are making good progress with some great choices to represent.
Their latest is the 1936 Pontiac, and they found a super example to document for their modeling process in the original car belonging to longtime Pontiac hobbyist, historian, and writer, John Gunnell of Iola, Wisconsin.
This article was shared with all of us by Old Cars Weekly Editor Angelo Van Bogart. Our "Thanks" as he helps us with a lot of Pontiac information throughout the year. If you like cars of all types, and a publication that gives a lot of space to Pontiacs of all types, don't forget to check (and subscribe) to Old Cars Weekly.

Pint Sized Pontiacs
Pontiac marketing would do anything to bring Mom and Dad into the new car showroom in the '50s. One way to get to them was through the kids. And what better way than with free rides in "Pint Sized Pontiacs?"
They were cool back then, and even cooler today... if you can find one... and afford one too. These 1956 Pontiac Star Chiefs would look great displayed next to a full-sized one today.

Toying Around with Pontiacs
Car models have always been popular among the hobbyists. After all, it is probably where most of us car nuts got our earliest starts. With the winter settled in through much of the nation, it is time to break out the card table and build a model while the full-size version snoozes for the next couple/few months.
Here we have a story of model hunting in England and some neat finds. Read all about it in our On-Line Magazine at: Click Here
